Mike Ditka, former head coach of the New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears and Pro Football Hall of Famer, gained notoriety as a hard-nosed professional football player, then as an even harder-nosed coach. He led his team to a coveted Super Bowl victory and becoming one of only two men to have won a Super Bowl as a player, an assistant coach, and a head coach.
